the boys (younger than me), were here in Singapore for their concert showcase held at St James Power Station on Saturday. They reached Singapore around 10+pm +8GTM on 250609. With the H1N1 invading the world, the boys wore mask for protection therefore you could see them in the facemask.
The popularity of FTI in Singapore shouldn't be under-estimated. The amount of Fans that attend the arrival at Changi Airport is beyond what i thought. fangirls wearing bits of sunshine yellow (official colour for FTI) and some even painted their nails yellow.

Fan chanting while waiting could also be heard, singing parts of Shinee - 누난 너무 예뻐, 2PM - Again & Again, 10점 만점에 10점 and SUJU - Sorry Sorry proved that kpop market still stand a chance in Singapore.
This must be their happiness day maybe in 2009, i dare not assume in their whole live. Might be their first time seeing their idol. After all the waiting, some waited for almost 6hours or more to grab a better spot to see, the moment arrived and all the fangirls screams.

couldnt take a good shot as most of the girls were standing on the barricade, but i do understand they wanna get up close to their idol. If it wasn't that my sister need companion to go, i guess i wasn't able to do this coverage.
Wanting to go for the showcase, after being a fan of their music for quite sometime, but i still end up never went for it as i couldn't imaging i was in the middle of the fangirls with the screaming.

Thats the end of the FTI trip to Singapore, with the huge amount of supporters, we do hope theres more chance to bring in more korean pop music / artises to Singapore.

Today is the begining of Wondergirls entertainment journey in America.
to be honest, i much prefer the korean version.
They officially released the English version of Nobody on ITUNES Store, those who wants to support can download it thru ITUNES store.
Hailing from South Korea, the Wonder Girls kick off their American tour in the Northwest, opening for the Jonas Brothers in Portland and Seattle; the tour includes other dates along the West and East coasts, too.
Their debut stage in America will be today.

F.T. Island (Korean: 에프티 아일랜드), Five Treasure Island, or FTI, is the name of the band. The name F.T. Island stands for ‘Five Treasure Island’, each of the five members being a treasure.
The band’s official color is yellow, and their fans carry yellow flags known as “pentasticks.”
Their debut album, Cheerful Sensibility, made the sixth best-selling album of 2007 in South Korea.
F.T. Island’s official fan club name is “Primadonna”.
This is FT Island’s Singapore Debut and it is a concert showcase brought to you by Datzentertainment for the fans who have been extremely supportive of this event. It is by special request from the FT Island fans that the organizer is doing this concert showcase and the response from everyone thus far has been most encouraging.

Wasn’t it USA that Wonder Girls went to? But it’s not the USA they went to that they are so popular in but it’s Singapore. It is a happy thing that that Wonder Girls’ songs are not only popular in Korea but in other countries as well.
So will they breakthough Singapore instead of USA? It was said that in Singapore, not only Wonder Girls fans but also Clubbers, Students have fallen into Wonder Girls’ ‘Nobody’ dance. But yes, last year there was also a time when we fell into the craze thanks to Nobody’s catchy melody.
Here they’ve fallen into the craze only now. How is it? The song wraps itself around your ear, doesn’t it?
‘Nobody’ is easy to memorise melody and provoking dance is creating a hot wind in whole Asia. According to Singapore, ‘Nobody’ is not only played in clubs but the dance is also taught in dance schools.
Wonder Girls have performed ‘Nobody’ at the ‘Korean Pop Night Concert’ at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in November last year. Is that the reason for their popularity? Wonder Girls are no longer unknown singers in Singapore. Well isn’t it a natural thing that they have captivated Singaporeans with the friendly melody and dance? Tonight Inkigayo was awesome!
with my current love songs. debut stage performances by Suju and 2NE1.
They rocks the whole studio, can tell by the cheering of the audience.
2NE1 debut stage was good, i love the intro of them and the lift started on level(floor)17 with Minzy and all the way to Level.21(2NE1) where is their performance stage. Cool stage concept.
Minzy Krump(i guess im right) dance really impressive and i'm happy to see Dara's Hair. ha
SuJu - It's you, i got hooked onto it on the very first time i listen.
i planning to do a cover, provided i get a better mic. Anyway, just wanna mention that today's Inkigayo makes my day.
